Small tomato baskets 🍅

Today I would like to share with you an easy recipe, but which hits its mark: the tomato baskets!

Ingrédients (serves 4)

• 4 tomatoes

• Salt

Method

Wash the tomatoes and cut them up, as I did on the video below. With a spoon and a knife, dig the tomatoes to make a basket. Then, salt the tomatoes, turn them and let them disgorge from 1 to 2 hours. Well, your tomato baskets are ready! The only thing you have to do now is to fill them up with guacamole, or diced mixed vegetable for instance...
